activated in you?

I have discovered that in order to get the results I want, then I have to stop lying. Lying comes in two forms: Commission and Omission. Commission is saying something that isn't true and omission is not saying anything instead of clarifying what the truth actually is.

What is the story you're telling yourself about this discovery?

I must stop lying. Little lies. Big lies. No more lying period.

Describe the single word feelings that arise for you when you tell yourself that story?

Focused

Describe the specific thoughts and actions that arise for you when you tell yourself this story?

I think that the biggest lies are the ones I tell myself. I've been telling myself that life will get better, everything will just work it's way out. But that's absolutely a lie. I must start to work on transforming my beliefs and my actions to actually elicit positive changes to my life.

Stepping back from what you have discovered, why has this discovery been extremely positive?

This discovery that lying holds me back from success is extremely positive because it forces me to be honest about where I am and where I want to go. Without getting totally honest with the ugly truth of where I am currently, I would have never felt the need to change everything in my life as I'm doing right now. Now, because I am being brutally honest about where I currently am across all the domains in my life, I can create an accurate map that will take me from where I am to where I want to go.

Looking at how positive this discovery trigger has been, what is the singular lesson about life you are taking from this Stack?

In my business, I need to keep my facts in front of me at all times so that I may make the best decisions based on reality.

What is the most significant REVELATION, or INSIGHT, that you are leaving this Discover Stack with? Why do you feel that way?

If lying is poison, then telling the truth becomes the elixir of life. In a society that lies about what is actually real, I can use truth as a weapon to cut through all the bullshit and bring a refreshing dose of reality to my world.
