At the end of every week, I must sit down and go over my results. I must look at my performance and get clear about what worked and what didn't.
What is the story you're telling yourself about this discovery?
I have never really looked back at the previous week and analyzed what I could have done better. I can see how taking a critical look at my results from the past week and help me point out things I need to change in my actions in the coming week.

Happy. Grateful.

I think that starting to look back at my past week every Sunday will help me see what worked, what didn't, and what I need to focus on in the week ahead.

It has been extremely positive because doing a weekly recap is another tool that will help keep me on track to reaching my goals.
