I need to learn from Rocky. He is not putting in the proper work toward his goal because, as he admits, he is afraid.

I know that I haven't been putting in the work because I too am afraid

Shame. Guilt. Fear.

I want to do better.

Stepping back from what you have discovered, why has this discovery been extremely positive?

It has shown me that everyone is afraid. But the best ones don't let the fear stop them. They do what's required for them to succeed.

Looking at how positive this discovery trigger has been, what is the singular lesson about life you are taking from this Stack?

I must admit that I'm afraid. I must find something strong enough in me that makes me push past my fear and pulls me to success.

domain?

Like Rocky, I have left my head unguarded as I'm working towards my goals. This is a metaphor, meaning I have allowed other people's opinions and ideas, as well as my own fears, to club their way into my mind. I thought that simply showing up would be enough. It wasn't.

Moving forward, I need to admit that I'm afraid. But that's only half of it. In addition, I need to show up with 100% focus and passion in order to win. I need to bring out whatever is inside me that's calling me to do this, and make that the only voice that I allow into my mind.

What is the most significant REVELATION, or INSIGHT, that you are leaving this Discover Stack with? Why do you feel that way?

To be able to go 12 rounds with the best in the world, I must decide to play at a higher level. I must play at a level where my mind is an impenetrable fortress. Only with a rock-solid defense can I safely go out and attack my goals.

What immediate actions are you committed to taking leaving this Stack?
