In this moment, what Discovery has

He showed me two amazing things:

First, he showed me how to eliminate stuttering immediately. He introduced me to the idea that it's impossible to stutter while you are singing. So, being that that's the case, the best way to combat my stutter is to sing.

Second, he illustrated the idea that shyness and fear can be overcome in the moment simply by projecting more and speaking powerfully.

What is the story you're telling yourself about this discovery?

I love receiving this insight because it gives me confidence. Speak (sing) with confidence, and the world opens up to you.

I want to be more confident. I want to learn to sing. The best way to learn something is to teach it.

Stepping back from what you have discovered, why has this discovery been extremely positive?

It has been positive because it has given me a quick tool to dance with my stutter. At the same time, it gives me courage and confidence to use my own voice because no other superstars are happy with their voices. They always find something that they can do better.

Looking at how positive this discovery trigger has been, what is the singular lesson about life you are taking from this Stack?
